2010 Home Preservation Fair
Contractor-Exhibitor Registration
The HBEA 2010 Home Preservation Fair will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2010, from Noon to 5:00 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Major Seminary, located at the corner of Linwood and Chicago Boulevard, Detroit MI.
Residents of the Boston-Edison Historic District and other historic Detroit neighborhoods who are looking for residential contractors will be attending the Home Preservation Fair. To reserve your booth space:
- Fill out the Contractor/Exhibitor registration form (MS Word format or pdf format).
- Send the form to HBEA either by email (bostonedison@gmail.com ), by fax (313-867-0864), or by USPS (Historic Boston Edison Association, P.O. Box 02244, Detroit, MI 48202, Attn: 2009 Home Preservation Fair )
- Forward the registration fee of $75.00, either by check/money order (payable to Historic Boston Edison Association) or by Paypal.

NOTE:
To avoid saturation by a particular industry, same/similar industry contractor participation will be limited to three per industry. You are advised to register early! The Historic Boston Edison Association (HBEA) reserves the right to select exhibitors and limit the size and content of all exhibits. All original registration forms and fees must be received by Friday, April 16, 2010. Fees are not refundable.
SET-UP RULES
Set-up time for the HBEA Fair is 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. All exhibitors should be set-up by 11:30 a.m. All exhibitors should enter Sacred Heart Seminary via the Linwood entrance and park in the secured rear lot. Enter the gymnasium via the door marked HBEA Home Preservation Fair. Dismantling of exhibits should not begin before 5:00 p.m.
