Donations to the Historic Boston-Edison Association

The Historic Boston-Edison Association is an association of the residents of the Boston-Edison Historic District. We all love our big old historic homes, and they are a major investment of our money, time, and energy. Through the Association, we work together as a community to safeguard the value, character, and appearance of our homes and our neighborhood. Find out more about HBEA, its mission, structure, and names of Board Members, in About HBEA.

The Historic Boston-Edison Association is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are fully tax deductible.

What Do Donations Do?

Like any association, just to exist we have overhead costs for phones, P.O. boxes, postage, office supplies, copying, storage of supplies, our newsletter, legal expenses, regular meetings, and so on. The Historic Boston-Edison Association also sponsors many neighborhood functions and pays for a number of services to help the community. We continue to work at beautifying and protecting the neighborhood.
