Curbside recycling is now available in Detroit! To take part, residents must sign up online or call (844) 2-DETROIT (233-8764) to request a blue 64-gallon recycling container. There is a one-time fee of $25 for the container. In Boston-Edison, recyclables are picked up every two weeks, on the same Wednesday as bulk trash, throughout the neighborhood.
All recyclables can be mixed in the provided container for single-stream collection – no sorting is necessary. Accepted materials are:

The Recycle Here! organization offers an easy and convenient way to drop off your recycling. The main drop-off point for Recycle Here! is located at 1331 Holden, just south of Grand Boulevard between Rosa Parks and the Lodge Freeway. They are open Monday and Wednesday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
